Does the AI Prime 16HD mount to the rim of the Biocube 32 without issue? The rim of the Biocube is awkwardly shaped and I’ve been concerned that I’d purchase the light and it won’t mount on the plastic rim portion of the biocube.

If you get the solid, not the flex bracket, you should have no issues

On my aquarium, I melted a small section of the plastic rim for the flex mount to slip over.

AI Prime 16HD w/ flex mounts
The concern I have is the clamp fitting over the large plastic piece on the back of the biocube. Do you currently have a prime attached to a biocube? If so, I’d love to see how it’s attached.

Does the solid bracket reach out far enough to be placed directly over the middle section of the water?
Yes
