Is this dinoflagellates? We have been treating for ich or velvet which has been on our tangs for over a week now. No other fish is getting it so was wondering if them eating this could cause ich like spots. The fish are eating but seem skittish and today noticed one of my bubble tips nem won’t open he’s literally 100% closed up which he has never done all water parameters are fine. We have been dealing with a green film algae growing on our glass about every 2-3 days you can’t even see through the glass.

Velevt is from the dino family . . If dinos cause this hard to say...if you have dinos these can be toxic ..might cause stress too your fish lower their immune system and they could get ich .. i think mostly ich or velvet would have too be introduced in the first place .
