Tank is been running since Dicember 20th, lost all my SPS test corals due to RTN, tank is bare bottom, rockscape done with dry rocks.
Getting this reddish/brown, stringing algae that worsens during lights on. ICP test showing high aluminum and silicate.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Could you list your nitrate and phosphate?

Also, if that is a bare bottom with dry rock, expect algae issues for the first 2 years possibly.

My guess is cyano given the numbers you have and that I don't see as many air bubbles that I see with dinos. Try some chemiclean and see if it goes away. If you get the phosphate down and the nitrate a little up, that might help too.

Yeah, not too many bubbles.
I'll try the Chemiclean and see what happens.
Thanks a lot bud.

Three things got rid of my cyano:

1) Strong UV light
2) Started an Oxydator (look for threads on this site)
3) Phytoplankton every other day

Before and after pics (also have since increased the point light intensity by 15% on my Radions)

Before 2021 04 28.jpg

After 2021 04 28.jpg

Update:
Being that I have no corals in my DT I did a 5 days no light and dosed Chemiclean on day 3, on day 6 (today) did a 25% WC. This combination did wonders.
Thanks a lot everyone for your help.

Here we go again, I'm about to just drain my tank and start all over again.

What’s your cleanup crew like? I’ve notice that my trochus and cerith snails do wonders on my cyano
I only have Turbo snails and they do eat this stuff but it grows back.
My Scopas, Blue Hippo and Foxface eat it too.

If chemical didn't work, you can try api algaefix. I've dealt with a tank where chemiclean did nothing but they we found out it was spirulina and the algae fix worked rapidly

Just did, lol.
This time doing a 5 days blackout together with Chemiclean and Algaefix.
If this doesn't work I'm definitely resetting.

The time we used algaefix at the lfs I worked at part time, we didn't do a blackout. You could try that first and run your lights at the lowest setting rather than a blackout.

Being that I don't have any corals in the tank yet the blackout won't hurt.

Well, 5 days of blackout today and most of the red stuff has died but there's still some still alive, hopefully my Turbo snails will finished the job.

I just saw one of Ryan's from BRS home tank video where he shows his rockscape with a lot of the same type of stuff that I have in my rocks and also mentioned that after a year he still can not keep any SPS alive in history tank.
He finally decided to add sand to his tank and after that, things has turned out for good. Maybe I just need to add sand to my tank too.

Here are some pictures of my tank after the 5 days blackout.
