I am thinking these are prorocentrum. Please chime in if I am wrong and what is the best way to stop them because no water changes for 4 months hasn't helped along with 2- 3 day blackouts, blue plus only for 3 months at 6 hours a day, Dr tims, elegans method, siphoning, scraping, cleaning, peroxide, kalk reactor trying to keep PH up, but staying around 7.9 consistently. Nitrates between 10 and 25, Phosphate at .17. Corals are loving the dirty water for some reason and coloring up in yellows that I haven't seen. I am ready to nuke the tank and start over so someone talk me off the ledge. Hair algae is starting to grow wild on bare bottom and glass. Thanks for any help
