Dino ID Help Please

I've noticed what I believe to be dinos growing in my tank a few months after "Beating" cyano. I bought a cheap microscope and took a video. Can anyone help me identify these specific dinos? It would be greatly appreciated. My best guess is amphidinium maybe?

I'm so new to this maybe these aren't even dinos lol.

I can't get the video to work for some reason. Here's a document from @taricha on dino id. Also, I'd suggest you post in the dino sticky thread.
I did not see that thread. Thank you very much, I just posted there!

Also thank you for the pdf. I don't trust my opinion at all but it looks like amphidinium to me.
