Dino or diatom?

Hi,

Just curious in getting help identifying the brown stuff growing in my tank. Not sure if diatom or Dino. I know diagnosis requires a microscope, but does it looks more like one than the other? My tailspot blenny seems to eat it, but it does look more like Dino to me.

Neither if you ask me. Possibly the start of GHA.
