Try feeding flake n frozen more. I feed my tank 8x a days on pellet and 2x on flake. U can turn down your skimmer just to make bubble and don't skim. It's better to add nutrients natural than dosing.ok thanks for the informaiton
now i will dose no3 and po4
this is the second time happen to me as well
before also happen and after po4 become around 0.16 every thing was good
but now it come back again
thats what i did before but i am out of stock on frozen food i will feed them more pellets for nowTry feeding flake n frozen more. I feed my tank 8x a days on pellet and 2x on flake. U can turn down your skimmer just to make bubble and don't skim. It's better to add nutrients natural than dosing.
Do u have flake food? I use this brand.thats what i did before but i am out of stock on frozen food i will feed them more pellets for now
i don't want to wait to long cuz last time i lost lot of high end coral from dino i don't want it to happen again
A difference of light (my tank gets a good bit of sunlight) and a few degrees of water temp does seem to cause some changes in algae of my system. But it might also be CO2 differences based on heat/AC, or differences in my habits by season.Has anyone else noticed this yearly cycle to their dino issues?
Thank you. I’m running a fairly new Green Killing Machine 24watt in my 75gal.Looks like ostreopsis to me.

Again, I am not a Zeo user, but I must encourage you to investigate and confirm that PO4=0 is desirable under this method. Hopefully, @ycnibrc can chime in on this. Check out his staghorn tank using zeo. It is amazing.
Zeovit nutrients is low however they ask u to dose a lot. It's a balance system. Between the bacteria, corals and skimmer your tank have a strong nutrients export however dosing ,feeding, fish waste and other waste u are adding back to the system.
Just wanted to highlight this, because I think many people see recommendations for a certain low PO4 / NO3 number and totally misunderstand the nutrient flows in the most successful sps tanks.Try feeding flake n frozen more. I feed my tank 8x a days on pellet and 2x on flake.
less, typically than manufacturer rec. 200-300 gph is a number I've seen a lot of people point to as successful. All it says is that it's rated for 400GPH.
What should I run it at for Dinos?
There's a strong correlation across many hobbyists and a good bit of evidence provided in this article by aquabiomicsI replaced all my dry pukani rock with live rock and the dinos seem to have gone away. I am beginning to think one of the major causes of Dinos is starting with dry rock.
See post #8811 for sizing and flows. Aqua UV is good and the brand I use.Does anyone have the AQUA ULTRAVIOLET 25 Watt UV Sterilizer?
All it says is that it's rated for 400GPH.

doesn’t seem to matter. ♂

I've noticed that trend in great SPS tanks too. A lot of fish that like to eat all day - constant metabolism of nutrients excreted. My 360g tank has 80 fishes big and small and I feed them 10x a day
My goal is to replicate my tank to natural reef that's why I chose zeovit. Beside stable parameters aka Cal, alk and mag we need to focus on stable nutrients also. In the reef nutrients are constantly produce by fish and the Coral feed all day not just at night. All my dosing regarding to Coral food are spreading through out the day.I've noticed that trend in great SPS tanks too. I wish.Anyone else notice an explosion of coralline algae while fighting dinos?
