Dinos and Cyano vs Me and my fishy friends

Help. I am in a full blown emergency over here. I have dinos and am dose 3 (7 days) into using Dino X. I have been running my XR15gen3 at 5%. I also have been running a UV sterilizer. I have removed my gfo and carbon reactors. I now have dinos in some spots and cyano in others. I have lost a Rose Bubble tip, skunk shrimp and a bunch of inverts. What should I do? Is my final goal keep trucking with the Dino X and win the war on Dino then start on the cyano? Or do I do a 20% wc to reset with a carbon reactor then work on the cyano and hope the Dino disappears? Ultimately will I kill all the dinos and can maintain a clean tank? Or does everyone do the cyano then Dino then cyano dance?
