I'm confused.

I read so many contradictions and experiences with Dinoflagellates and Iron.

I can't understand how Iron could be detrimental to Dinos, they need iron.

I was also wondering Between Ferrous gluconate and Sodium Feredetate what makes more sense if any?

My Dinos are back after I made a water change + added back Chemi-pure (1/3 the bag for my nano (GFO/Carbon/Resine mix) because I had high Phosphate and nitrate but, It was probably too much and Dinos started to thrive the day after. (instead of just water change + carbon)

I can definitely say Iron helped the proliferation of Dinos after a test, I have never seen such rapid multiplication at peak with photosynthesis, each minute and hour it grew insanely as I have never seen before and I had to intervene.
That was with Ferrous gluconate which I take usually plants love (?)

If anyone see this and have information;

I've heard Dinoflagellate contains Chlorophyll C, or perhaps after swallowing a diatom or what not?
That Chlorophyll peak absorption are around 444, 577, 626 nm (wiki)

So I was wondering, when people use blue light, how this really affect them?
I'm questioning this habit, but I can see (with other chlorophyll) a diminishing energy for them vs a full spectrum...
