Made some changes to the tank recently, namely upped the light and added a skimmer. . . Noticed some brown film/fuzzy stuff growing on some macros. . . . stuff seems to be producing little bubbles. . . Thoughts?

It’s very hard to tell. I don’t see anything that would make me think dinos though.

Looks just like oxygen bubbles from the macroalgae. Not sure if it's anything else.

Pics are fuzzy but see some bubble algae, spirobid worms and surface algae growth.
See if they can be loosened with gentle blasts from a turkey baster.
Also reduce white light intensity or number of hours that lights are on and add snails such as astrea and cerith as well as a handful of Carribean blue leg hermits which are tiny
