I don't see anything amiss in your problem report (thanks for taking the time to do that!).

The fish are breathing a bit fast, but that may just be their activity level.

Are they off their feed at all?
What food are you feeding them?
Did you know that metronidazole is very bitter and can cause fish to stop eating food that contains it?

On one side she is showing slight patchy white splotches. She has been on and off for a while now but given that I have a mandarin feeder she could just be avoiding the metro food. Taking pictures of fish has never been my strong suit but here are two. Spot I am seeing is under the soft dorsal

Maybe I will try an offer up something else in my food arsenal. She is ignoring the baby brine for now.

I can understand it not wanting the metro-laced food, but it ought to be chowing down on baby brine. Try some other foods to see if it will take them. I can't see the spot you are talking about. Do you have a treatment tank available if it comes down to that?

I do but it houses her old mate which I am rehoming. Just need to get ahold of Rally or Formalin incase. Not overly worried but I know splotches are not a good sign for a clown. I will update with any new pictures if it progresses. Thanks Jay!!
