As the title says, my blue jaw trigger has some cloudy white patches on its fins. No other fish in the tank appear to have it, just the triggerfish. He's eating well and swimming around perfectly fine. Should i be concerned? I have started treating the tank with Brightwell Aquatics Fish Recover M Remedy.

It is impossible to assess what you have without photos under white lighting. Can be a few different things.

Appears to be flukes. For flukes, you can give it a freshwater dip in a CLEAN bucket of tap water the same temp of display tank for 5 mins then return to display tank.
Look on bottom after with a flashlight and look for what looks like sesame seeds or fish scales. Those will be flukes.
If not present, youve eliminated possibility of flukes. I also noticed lower anal fin is ragged suggestion aggression from tank mate
Generally Formalin or Prazi Pro are good treatment IF the fish is confirmed with flukes.

This could be flukes, or it could be the start of a marine ich infection.

The Brightwell product is one of those "botanical extracts". I won't use them as they don't list the ingredients, so I can't check their efficacy against my references.

One thing - the trigger's lower fin is notched - something has been biting it, probably another fish, perhaps when you aren't watching. That same type of bite injury, made on the side of the fish, can cause lesions like this.
