this is the only one in this bad shape. it's a new addition that I am watching in QT. QT = copper power at 2.0 (hanna test). It's eating but almost looks like skin peel off... before it looked like velvet (too many spots to count).

no patches. seems very consistent all over. i was thinking is it HLLE... not sure if this is a copper sensitive fish. it's a lavender tang.

Sorry, I missed your post, not sure how. That isn’t HLLE.
That web like pattern implies to me that it is mucus from the fish, copper can cause that, but I’ve never seen it that bad before.
Another possible diagnosis would be Brooklynella, copper doesn’t treat that protozoan, but for the tang to have that severe of a case, it would have other symptoms, like rapid breathing or not feeding.
How is the fish now?
