Disease or just a piece of food?

Hi, my 2 clownfish are in QT for 3 weeks now. One of them suddently has a white spot/piece on his nose. The spot is like a piece of food so Im not sure if it's sticking to his skin or if it's a disease.

The spot is there for 2 days now. But it looks like a loose piece of something on his skin

Please help with identify this.

Should I wait until the spot is gone? Before putting them in my DT? Because QT is almost over them if it's not a disease

I would hold them in qt - last thing you want is for it to turn out to be something infectious in the dt.
