Hello all!

I am currently purchasing all the materials for a new reef build 220g. I am however making the new reef from birch plywood. This will be made with a dropoff and the entire inside will be sealed with Pond Shield or Pond Armor and Fiberglass in the seems. The glass is going to be 12mm low iron Sapphire and the sump is glass. I am also making my own reef lights from heatsinks, cree leds, drivers, dimmers and a controller, I will have two of these and then using dynamic led housings to create single spotlights 6 each in different ares with the same controller all to simulate sunrise and sunset. I was wondering if anyone out there has experience in a plywood build and some tips and tricks as well as pitfalls to avoid. Thanks.
