Do large tubo snail shells have similar effects of liverock?

I just got a giant Mexican turbo snail that had a huge shell containing coraline algae, several creature's attached to the snail's that look like some type of anemone. The snail also has these extra tentacles on the mid-section of its foot that are what seems to by a parasite with a fish like looking head using its tongue like a fishing line trolling off a boat to catch food has the snail moves around.
How should I treat this snail parasite or should I not treat it at all? If I do need to remove the parasites to what should I use and how? I can't I D this parasite so I don't know where to start.

it didn't post! My bad, To update the turbo snail is massive and it is exhibiting healthy, hungry foraging despite the embedded parasites which I haven't noticed at all besides that one time. The large size of the Mexican Turbo snail suggests it is quite old and these organisms may have been living together for most of their life. Who knows. Both parties may be benefiting each in some way or the weird 'guest' is not harming the snail, just using the snail as transport to capture food scrap turbo snail missed.
Is there supposed to be a feeler located on the center lateral sides of the foot of the snails? If that is a normal part turbo snail morphology then maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me when I noticed the parasite head, but the potential parasite may not be related to the side center antenna thing IF it even exists.
Overall snail seems quite happy and well fed.
Pictures are what I could get of the turbo’s side feeler where I thought the fish head came out. Also noticed a tiny bit of coralline algae, barnacles, and some stringy clear anemone or soft coral inhabiting the turbo’s shell, although the soft coral looking specimens on the turbo’s shell have almost completely

Huh I didn’t know snails had antennas coming off of their side. The turbo snail seems very happy and chows down on filamentous macroalgae all day. Maybe I mistook a normal part of the snail for a parasite. I’m paranoid. Sorry guys thanks for the help

Final update for the tank with the turbo snail I was worried about. As said before turbo is active and eating. Also added some Xenia. Maybe I’ll ad some kind of mushroom coral too.
