Do Seachem's Stability and Brightwell Aquatics's Microbacter 7 have similar effects?

Do Seachem's Stability and Brightwell Aquatics's Microbacter 7 have similar effects? If not, what are the differences?

as far as I know; Both are bacteria. just different strains.

I have used Microbacter 7. The reason I asked is because I bought a whole bunch of Stability from Marine Depot closed out sales. If they both achieve the similar results, I will just finish all my Stability first.
