Do you group your Red Sea Reefwaves, or leave them ungrouped in the app?

It drives me insane that the Red Sea app doesn't allow you to fully turn off one of the Reefwaves if you have them grouped in the app. I like to have them synced/ati-synced from time to time, but I also love to have just one going for an hour to get the tank gyre flow going clockwise, then reverse that by turning it off and running the opposite Reefwave for an hour, and vice-versa.

But the only way to do that is to ungroup the two Reefwave pumps which is a pain in the toosh because it makes it so much harder to set up the schedule, and now the pumps aren't running perfectly in sync/anti-sync.

For those of you that own multiple Reefwaves, do you group them, or no?

PS If anyone knows a way to have them turn off independently of each other while still being grouped that doesn't involve an electrical outlet timer, I'd love to hear it! I know you can make the other one go down to 10% in the pulse modes, but it isn't the same.

Bumping this up for anyone who could possibly help. I think this would largely depend on how you're laying out your pumps in-tank.

I leave them grouped, but I have two at the end of a 120g, so YMMV

I leave mine grouped, set on random. There is a low flow spot in the tank, but that's now heavily forrested with green pineapple kenya trees.
