Some sort of palythoas. May color up under good lights with some blue in the light coloration. Toxic- wear gloves to handle it, wear eye protection while fragging it, don't boil, angle grind, or otherwise severely screw with them or the rock they're on.

On another look, those might be Red People Eater palys. The shape is about right for them to at least be some sort of People Eater, though a little stretched. Probably they'd prefer more light. A pic under a slightly bluer light might make it easier to ID them.

Not really, no. Do you have a setting between those two? Or can you turn the blue on, point a flashlight at the tank, and get a focused photo?

You could grow it out and use it a a test to see whether that flame angel you want is safe for the display....
