Does anyone know how to get rid of hair algae?

I have had hair algae for 4-6 months and can’t seem to get rid of it. I have tried doing frequent water changes with siphoning out hair algae, turning down my lights, flux rx, scrubbing the rocks out of water, getting 15 turbos, and I am currently using microbacter clean. Here is my current tank parameters:
Alkalinity: 8.15

Calcium: 455

Magnesium: 1365

Nitrate:14.2

Phosphate: 0.15

I Will add some pictures too.
Any suggestions on what else I could do?
