You should provide a few more details, such as your water parameters, how long you've had these fish, what other behavior you've noticed, ie: stressed, not eating, aggression, etc. If they have other tank mates that could also be helpful (along with their condition).

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The second one that is dying has definitely been attacked by another fish. I can't tell about the first one, but one scenario would be: the two damselfish have been fighting, with the second one catching the brunt of the injuries. He got a few good licks in though, so the first one has some damage as well.

What other fish do you have in the tank?
I try to avoid multiple damselfish, even in a larger tank they may fight.

Edit: @aidancoby13 Jay is probably correct. 2 damsels. What size tank and what other inhabitants do you have? A tank pic showing the rock structure is useful also to determine if there are sufficient hiding places.
I keep 1 yellow tail and one yellow belly but it's a 6ft 180g tank.

It is a 100g but know they are all in my ten gallon my yellow tail in breeder clown in 10 gallon
This is an aggression issue and likely from clown, damsel or both, Best way to tell if there is a true aggressor is to
set your cell phone on video mode for about 30 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time. Review the video and see who it may be

It’s not even that he’s cheap so it does matter it’s still a life no matter the price I took responsibility for it so I need to try and save him

How can I save him

You had replied to an old thread, that can get very confusing.

At this point, you need to upload a clear video of the fish so that we can assess the damage.
