Does my light have the right spectrum to grow coralline algae?

My 3 gallon pico currently has a random LED light strip purchased off Amazon with 7500~8500K white light and 460-465nm blue light LEDs. Would this be the right spectrum to grow coralline algae? The PAR value according to the Photone app underwater is 148. My live rock, which arrived last month mildly covered in green algae, is now growing hair algae but the coralline isn't growing very much.

The best way to get coraline algae to grow is tank stability. Keeping your Alk, Cal and Mag at consistent levels will fill your tank with coraline. You said you are having algae issues ATM. What are you Nitrate and Phosphate reading? Getting those under control would be the first step in maintaining a healthy tank.
