Does this Banggai Cardinal fish seem healthy?

A bit worried about this banggai cardinal fish. He doesn't seem to stay "upright" like others I've seen, but tends to list slightly to the side or nose down. He's improved a bit over the course of a week. Could he have swim bladder damage from improper acclimation? I did a drip acclimation 30-45 mins. He livens up when feeding and swims normal then so maybe this is normal behavior for a lone cardinal? The video shows excess food which I cleaned up afterwards. No ammonia btw and yes it's heated/filtered/oxygenated.

Looks to be ok especially if it responds to feeding. Quarantine is not the ideal setting and may play a role in its "boredom"
