I am using the regal 150s. I had it on my RSR170. With all the extra filtration in the new tank it should be good

Ok did some misc straighten up this weekend. Here is current pics. Tank is cycled . I have my crew from the RSR 170 in there for two weeks now. All levels are perfect.
In the picture you can see I added a valve off the manifold that goes into return section. It has a line lock fan nozzle on it. It will make sure all the 2 part etc is mixing in a high flow area

Received my 2 SKY's late last night install today.

I added fish on Friday for Dr. Reef's Quarantined fish.. Great place to get fish from. All came healthy and in great shape.

I will be moving my corals that I had in my RSR 170 ( now in a QT frag system) into the tank next week.

I am also thinking about using my spare DOS to do auto water changes. Just need to see if it can pull water from my garage to the tank. Might test that today.

Looks great. Same tank coming soon and just an hour south of you in Monterey. Any updates on your tank? How the heck did you manage to install this tank by yourself? I was thinking of hiring a crew, but looks like you managed it with dollies and a material lift and four suction cups?

My front porch was 1 foot lower than my truck bed. So had plywood under tank while in truck. I slide it off truck onto furniture dollies and into the house . Then used a material lift strapped to the stand so it would not move and then used suction cups onto stand. Went pretty easy.
Tanks is doing great.. Have corraline algae starting to grow. Coral is thriving and fish doing great.
I hooked up my spare DOS for auto water changes . Makes life so easy. I also move the PMUP into RO water in basement. So no need for an ATO tank under stand. Cleaned up the stand some more

So here she is. It did not have a bad ugly stage. I think it is because I am running 2 UV sterilizers. You can see the fish I have right now.
The wife wants a orange shoulder tang. I have a few different things I am looking at but nothing for sure yet
Here is last weeks numbers :
Ph. Has an average of 8.24 for the week Feeding the skimmer outside air
Alk 9.4
Calcium 445
Nitrate 6.8
Po4 .02
It is running great. I am only cleaning the glass every 9 days. At about day 6 it starts to show up a little. I guess I am lucky. The conch’s are taking care of the sand completely.
My monti cup has doubled in size in a month. My Duncan has gained 8 heads size moving to this tank

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Last week in july i was rushed to the hospital. I have a major brain cancer. They operated and I am dealing with all the problems now. Unfortunatley I need to sell this tank. I have a limited time I will survive the disease. I will post a list here on the cost I spent to build this system and the cost I am hoping to get. I will also post some current pictures. Will try to post in a few days. Today I am having a very painful day. I will also make a sale post in the correct forumn section.

This is what i am going through with my brain.
