Don’t understand this after I dosed pods…

Hey all,
I recently put in 5280 pods from algaebarn into my 120G. I’m not understanding how when I look at night with a light I can’t find 1 pod moving around I don’t understand. Have yet to see them on the glass or anything… Making sure my mandarin is fed just a replenishment

did you dose during the day? Could’ve been a buffer for all the fish, or do you have skimmer ? Turn off flow while dosing? You can also put a pod hotel /chaeto in the DT to have a safe place for pods

I turned off the powerheads, and put 25% of the jar in my fuge and the rest in the DT itself. Left the powerheads off for a good 30 minutes before turned back on, and I dosed at nighttime

Give it time pretty soon it’ll be pod explosion especially if you have refugium

Shut it off at nights for a few days, they'll be back.

Also make sure you’re feeding phyto, and like others said, give it a few days/week-ish!
