Waited all day. Finally posted, nothing we wanted made it to Diver Den.

they won’t take orders. Why?

they took items out of my cart while I was entering card info THREE TIMES! Gone.

people in WI are awesome. This sucks. Who has found the new site for fish....from people who care?

Hello @RedSea500MaxS. We sincerely apologize for the items not being available during your checkout process. Timing is everything with our WYSIWYG section! The animals are not held when they are in your cart due to many factors such as; leaving items in a cart for an extended period of time, preventing others from purchasing the animals and forgetting animals are in your cart. Again, we apologize and understand the frustration! We hope you are able to win out on your next wish list items.

It’s easy to set up Cart to time out. Your concern or lack of for your loyal clients seems to be going wrong based on posts. Back up start over go back to customers first rule. AquaLocker is preying on your ex-buyers.
