so I got a gallon from a friend. and have it all set up to go for auto dosing via my neptune dos. I have a 4 year old 160tg sps dominat tank now. still alot of young acro frags with alot of large LPS and sps corals. how much should I dose? I'm reading

5mls per 20g or 40 mls for my tank.

turn off skimming for a few hours after dosing?

do I dose daily at night after lights out?

does this sound like a solid starting point? the apex won't let you pick days to dose. it's everyday or not at all. thanks In advance

Start small and gradually increase your dose until you find the ideal amount for your system.

I dose an hour before lights go out. Don’t turn off my skimmer, but I dose into the DT, not the sump. And dose all at once. I do 1ml per gallon.

I dose 4 capfulls (3/4 of a shot glass) twice a week. Since my refugium bypasses the skimmer, I dose it directly in there.

What about the phyto settling to the bottom? How are you going to stir it up?
