I'm located in Volusia county and everything is local sale only for now, I will consider shipping what doesn't sell at a later date. Yes But Officially mar 2022. The home is rented through a broker to corporations and we come down and enjoy our own home which will be in July and September. Daughter was there a month ago and will be there in May with a couple of friends
