Been trying to contact trigger sump manufacture but can’t seem to get a hold of them

But in search for drain input plate for a triton 44, 3 inlet plate. Anyone that has please reach out to me.

Might have to get another sump if not

Are you talking about the black plate that is around the 3 drain lines?

Looks like a hole in each corner to hold it down. Is t he piece under it threaded for the thumb screw?

The description at BRS says the 3 - 1" drains are connected to that plate. Do they connect like a bulkhead fitting?

Doesn't look all that complicated. Could probably make something out of cast acrylic. Maybe 3d printer but the size may be an issue there

So it’s a simple plate I have the plate without holes so a screw on cover. But I’m bam trying to plumb 3 drain on this unit. Interested in the plate with holes that I can place 1inch bulkhead into

Sounds like you need a hole saw to drill the plate. Supposedly the sump comes with a spare plate without holes so you can drill it for your setup.

If you are going to drill acrylic get a decent forstner bit. 1 3/4" bit if I recall for 1" bulkhead.

This will be a 150 gal with a modular marine 1800gph box so 3 x 1.5inch drains

Not sure how much water you are planning to cycle through the sump each hour but I don’t think it’s a good idea to use 1” bulkheads at the sump if the overflow box has 1.5”. You will effectively make each drain a 1” drain.

Was gonna try and keep it around 10x . I can go larger just wanna make sure of the fittings match because the standard would be 1 inch with that sump

Forstner bits give the cleanest hole but work best if the drill is stabilized and the work piece clamped. You could just use a toothed hole saw with the pilot drill bit if you go slowly and make sure the teeth don't get gummed up.
