Also went to my LFS on Saturday to pick up 2 more clowns. To my surprise they had a few tailspot blennies too! I’ve been looking for one of these since I got the tank so say hello to the new additions!

2 snowflake clowns and the tailspot (this is easily my favorite fish I’ve ever kept... and I’ve only had him for 2 days)

So a lot has happened since August... can’t believe I haven’t updated this thread since then. Sorry I know y’all are dying to know what’s happening! Lol

Went to OSA in RI and picked pick up a Reefbreeders Prism ATO. One less thing to worry about. Not sure why I waited so long to get an ATO, it should’ve been one of the first equipment purchases for sure.

I also got rid of the big leather and Xenia to make room for other coral and moved some things around. Snagged a few new frags over the last few weeks. Let me know if I have any of the IDs wrong, specifically the zoas and lepto.

Here are the new additions:
Pink birdsnest (got it cheap due to stn at base). I fragged off most of the dead and reglued it. Then dipped in Coral Rx which I heard helps with RTN/STN

Hey how are your high light demand corals doing with the A80. Everything looks good in the picks but are you seeing much growth? What level of intensity are you running at?
I’ve been MIA lately and haven’t done a good job updating this. I upgraded to an AI Prime 16 back around September. Running around 75%. Monti cap and birdsnest are growing fast as expected, but there’s a lot left to be desired with other SPS.

Decided it was time for another go at an anemone. Foot didn’t look great to start, LFS was a little rougher than I’d like... but it recovered nicely. I kept it in an acclimation box for the first few weeks which I think helped a ton

I’m really happy with the tank lately too. Really beginning to hit it’s stride and remain stable.
Switched to the Saxby setting for the AI prime. I like the idea of giving the corals a break from full intensity a few times a day
Also started dosing Tropic Marin All-For-Reef this week to maintain overall stability
