Am I missing something? Says you need to sign up by Sept 30 but then says (in point 2) that you have to be a partner member by Nov 8th? Is signing up by Sept 30 just an additional entry? #confused

Everything in life that has value cost someone money. The people who help support that "free" advice and "free" support, should be incentivized. What sucks is people who expect something for nothing.
