What is this, the 4th unofficial giveaway (1 giveaway had 5 people win lights) plus like 6 more official giveaways this year. Noopsyche is very generous!
Idk but that sounds about right. I just wish @noopsyche would make a stipulation to one of their giveaways that the person has to submit an unboxing and review on YouTube. For as many lights as they're giving away it's hard to find much about then.

What are your settings?
Kind of aggressive I know, but my corals like it.

Not a video, but here's my unboxing. The controller was the hardest thing to figure out but go to their FB group and there are some videos on there.

I noticed that for a small amount of time you run just a few channels at 1%, can this work as a moonlight, or at 1% are they still too bright? I know the new lights are more powerful but just curious your opinion from the v2?

1 and 6 have to be 1%, 7 has to be 0%. It can't go past midnight.

I like my Pro II. if you wanted to run moonlights, 1 would be 1%, 2 would be 2%, 6 would be 1%, and 7 would have a longer gap between it and 6.

That only leaves 3 timeslots for ramping up and down.

Have it in my signature! I just found out I'm not allowed to have a reef tank, only freshwater tanks. It was going to be a reef tank, but i guess not. I hope my entry still counts if its freshwater! Thanks again to noopsyche for giving away these free things to make people feel happy!

I use only saltwater lights on all of my tanks. Planted freshwater, community, FOWLR, reef, etc. Word of caution, the spectrum for reef lights is going to be different than freshwater lights. The good news is that these have multiple channels that can be increased or decreased to get a good blend.

It's a good idea though. Starting with a reef tank, especially a 22 gallon, can be a challenging place to start. Doable, but challenging. Start with a freshwater tank, get it running good, add some easy plants, etc. Eventually you'll get your reef tank. I'm currently on my third. Running 3 freshwater and 2 saltwater. Saltwater reef tanks are an investment of time and money.

Ok! Sounds good! If I ever get another tank I'll make it saltwater.

Click build thread badge to see some details of my system. Just started that thread tonight just to enter some of these contests lol.

Overall tanks are doing great. Having trouble keeping nutrients where i want them, but no adverse impacts yet. Could use another light and then I would add another frag tank to the setup ;)

Hahaha I started a build thread a few weeks ago just to enter into giveaways. I also only update it when it gives me extra entries into giveaways.

Thanks, I'll look at mine and compare.
FTS?
Don't judge. It's still a total work in progress! I have lots of rockscape to do (that's currently just two piles of rocks) and am in the process of tearing down my 5 gallon AIO and combining the two.
