Entry 2 , currently running my tank on auto pilot with just top off and dosing trace. In the first pic next to the anemone there is a hitchhiker mantis shrimp , I’m building trust by feeding him with turkey baster to eventually take him out

Tank is doing great with 2 Noopsyche K7 V3, could use more always.

Your tank is the typical 75g isn't it? If so was there a specific reason you decided to mount the lights turned 90° from the normal way they would go. If you need them to cover 2 foot sideways but only 18" front to back the other way makes more sense to me.

I'm still trying to decide how I want to configure the lights I've bought for my tank.

My tank is a peninsula style and I have a brace across the middle.

I'm not sure why the peninsula style matters, and I'd think that turning them would help with the shadow in the middle of your tank. Idk maybe not though.
Turning the other direction doesn't help the shadow. The shadow is from my solid black brace that's 3" wide.

You said those are the V3 lights, right?
Im not trying to speak on someone else's behalf, but yes his lights are the v3. There is a post about them in his build thread.

When I was trying to decide if I should get the new Noopsyche lights I think I was stalking the account of anyone who I knew had them LOL.

What are your settings?
I like to run "Windex" so mostly blues. I ramp up pretty quickly to 100% on almost all channels except white which is at 45% I think. I can get actual numbers later if you want. 12 hours total with a 1 hour ramp up and 1 hour ramp down.

They've actually given away way more than this. They've been very generous in regards to giveaways.
What is this, the 4th unofficial giveaway (1 giveaway had 5 people win lights) plus like 6 more official giveaways this year. Noopsyche is very generous!
