Just got a pair of XR15 pros and I’m trying to set them up through the ecosmart live website and it’s not finding my lights. I’ve tried a few different things that I’ve read online but no luck. Anybody have any ideas?

That had happened to me at one time. I was able to correct this by using the USB cord and pugging it into the Reef Link so that it registered the serial number of the XR15.

I don’t have the reef link system. I’m just using the website for setup.

Oh okay then.
You have one of the lights USB'd to your computer or laptop?
If so, try switching the USB cable to the other light.

That's not true.
Reef Link just provides you more versatility and also the option to wirelessly control your Vortech pumps.
You can still program and make changes without an Reef Link via an USB cable, downloaded software, computer or laptop.
This is how we all setup, adjusted our Radions before the Reef Link was introduced.

Your best bet is to open a ticket with Ecotech service if all of the above does not work.
They will setup a time to call you and have you give permission to go into your computer, then they will have you plug in one or the other XR15 and they will find out what's wrong and most likely get your lights setup and running.

That sounds like the best option. Thanks a lot for your help.
