For the record, this was a product replacement direct from Ecotech. It is new, and not a refurb or anything like that. They gave me this in exchange for some lights I had purchased but was not satisfied with. (They couldn't offer a refund, so they gave me a different product instead). Selling so I can apply the funds towards a tank upgrade.
