Snapped a few quick cell phone pictures of our Rollermatt sump we have been working on that incorporates the Theiling Rollermatt unit. This unit is a prototype and we will be testing it soon. This sump was built around the Rollermatt assembly to allow it to sit down into the sump rather then sitting on top taking up a TON of room, not to mention most people do not have the height to do it this way in their stands. Another cool feature of our design is there is NO plumbing required to the Rollermatt unit itself! Just plumb your drain line(s) from your aquarium into the drain bulkheads on the top of the sump and you are good to go! Sump also has an adjustable water depth baffle, bypass port, 4-place probe holder and 4-place dosing line holder. We will keep you updated with the progress of the sump after we make a few tweaks and get everything finalized with pricing, we just couldn't wait to share pictures. I will post the measurements of it today. After I test this prototype and do a few tweaks to the design I will start offering them for sale, hopefully in the next few weeks.

It is about time someone took the ball and ran with it. This is overdue in my opinion and I think the more people that try it will Love it just like Mikey

Agree with the others very cool. Wish you had this about nine months ago...LOL. I'm still trying to tweak my plumbing to make the rollermat work the best.

Cool can't wait to see/hear more details on your design. I think sump with the roller mat build in is going to make many people reconsider their current sumps

Love the concept, would prefer to see an option with a fuge though! Maybe for the next generation of updates. ;)
