Em what is this coming out of my coral?

So I just got into corals... I’ve had this piece for around a week and i just noticed this ? What is this? Is this a good sign? It’s like a tube tentacle thing, while I was writing this post it went back inside

Just processed the OP, it retracted? Then not what I said. I was watching mine p.o.o.p tonight and it looked just like that but doesnt retract, lol

i'ts coral poop, my flower anemone does it often and he's fine after.

I assumed it went back inside cause it wasnt there anymore it probably got filtered out
