All caught up - went through every page of you build thread :)
Great looking build. You've clearly put a ton of thoughtful work into it. Following along - can't wait to see some rock and livestock fill this up.

Thank you very much Vivid Creative Aquatics , for the kind words regarding my build. I exercised a lot of patience hands down and tried to think of the best way to do this build. I am dying for rock and live stock as well. I am waiting for a few more dry goods to come in and from there hopefully not to much longer before we start cycling and livestock. Thank you again , and once again I love your products , I love my pair of RFG Nozzles from you all thank you again for making a great product !;)

Ok thank you all for still following along my journey into the Reef world . Here is a little update on some items that came in ;) would you all like to take a little guess ?

If you all guessed lighting then you all are correct , after much research and thinking , and rethinking I decided to go with my gut instinct and pulled the trigger on a pair of XR15PRO’s G4 ‘s

Theses lights are monsters of producing so much light when paired with my 4x54w T5’s [emoji362][emoji12]

So that was not the only update , like I have said I was planning on running all my lighting cables in the wall behind the tank. Now that I had all my lighting components in place I decided it was time to get to work . Went to lowes and bought a TV cable in wall kit for $20 and it worked out perfectly and it matched my Almond wall behind the tank like a charm. You can’t even really see the opening in the wall. I am pleased with it for now.

So after all cables were ran through the wall it was time to get to work and modifying my T5 banks of my fixture. I had to extend the power cables of each T5 bank with 8ft extension. I cut the connectors of so that they would fit through the wall to latter solider the extension and T5 Powercables together to create a very long power cord for each bank.. A lot more work but man am I extremely glad I decided to go this route . It was a extremely tight fit in my wall due to a bathroom being on the other side of the wall behind my tank, and with the bathroom piping in the wall. But it didn’t stop me from going through with the project at hand.

Next once I received the XR15PRO’s I was able to feed them through the wall with out even cutting a single $400 light cable. The 13ft that they come with is plenty of cable to go through my wall and into my electronics locker with out hesitation. Thank you Ecotech for providing the cable length I needed !

So once all was said and done with power restored to both my T5 banks, and after a little electricians work. Let’s say I finally had the light I was looking for over my tank. R2R I now present to you the amazing pair of T5’s/XR15PRO’s... what I was dying to have !

Looking good! That was a great idea to run the light cables thru the wall. You definitely won't have any lighting issues! Lol
