I ordered coral online and for whatever reason fedex decided to postpone the delivery a whole day even though it was already in my city and only 1 pm...

Anyways, 2/4 the frags are fine. The pink hammer I got turned to mush and had brown jelly so I just threw him out right away. I got a 6 headed zoa colony however that looked savable in the bag but as soon as I opened it, it smelled like death. 3 of the heads appear savable... Should I attempt to cut the bad heads out and dip the frag in iodide or should I just cut my losses?
