AquaForest sent me a care package all the way from poland super happy really shows I’m doing something right.

And better news my wife saw it and said wow I think it might be time to upgrade lol I then proceeded to show her the $1500 Im drop off 70G she then said and I quote how about you just look for a big rectangle on CL lol [emoji23]

Happy Reefing everyone

So picked up a new fish today a Lubbock indo fairy wrasse I believe is name. Very much so an impulse buy but Very inexpensive and beautiful. Many colors on it and have been wanting to to start adding fish.

Unfortunately I don’t have a lid on tank I did order on the drive home a innovative marine DIY pro lid says will arrive Thursday so that 3 nights and four days of pray he does not jump! Lol we shall see..

I just ordered the IceCap Lens kit for my phone. Are you still using it and if so how do you like it?

Yes I’m still using it almost all my photos I take are with it does work very well and the macro lens is cool. In hindsight would I spend the extra ten the polyp lens I don’t think so. I think there all the same in theory so yes very happy with it.

Water change done today. Alk at 7.8 bumped it up 2Ml all around on my doser I think 8.0 is the sweet spot.

Gave gyre a nice outside scrub as well and moved my garf bonsi up to the middle top of tank to break up the colors of the WD and the pink lemonade when everything grows out one day lol.

The paletta pink tip has gone through a lot recently so put on the frag rack.

The Red Robin started to pale out so moved it to back top shelf to see if that helps with colors.

I think for now everything is in its place.

New fish have not seen since yesterday but at least it’s not on floor my lid I’ve been contemplating will arrive Thursday went with the IM DIY Pro lid and have a hand saw to cut it to size.

Everything seems to be going well I would say.

So bad new fairy wrasse is a dead wrasse how and why I don’t know I def saw it eating and looked great. And to make it worse the lid came a day early and as I walked pass with the lid I noticed it dead in corner of tank. Smh

Gonna go and pick up a yellow coris wrasse today witch is what I was originally looking for when I bought this one to help my fight the nudis in tank.

Turns out my day goes even worse. Go to work for my mid year review (I’m a head chef 20 cooks) only to be told my cooks suck because I’m so good and when I’m here I make them look good but when I’m off there horrible.... keep in mind there’s five other managers that are scared to tell them to sweep but neither here nor there....

Then the fish I wanted to buy was sold even though I called ahead and told them to hold it....

Then I get home try to put my lid together measure it wrong so now it’s complete trash..

What a waste of a day...

Tank looking [emoji91][emoji91][emoji91] lately...

Going to do a water change tommarow and swap out all the zeolites and carbon in my reactor.

Also picked up a flipper nano scraper works well but I should have got the mid range one. But super happy with purchase as it has glass looking amazing and I have cleaned spots I’ve never been able to reach. So a little more hard work and I’ll be good. No more hands in tank so it was a great purchase all in all.

Put out a few local ads for some swaps for my doubles and got a few hits so tommarow I’ll be trading one of my Miami orchid Frags for a utter chaos also Sunday I’ll be trading my paletta pink tip my other Miami orchid and a Blue Digi for a pc rainbow, mummy eye chalice a mini colony of pandora palys and green rhodactus to another person for another zoa morph hopefully once they decide.

So some new stuff coming in with out having to spend any money means progress in the hobby imo. And the opportunity to meet some more local hobbyists.

Still planing on taking the drive up to Orlando in a month for macna.
