Here are some pics of the equipment I chose. All I’m missing is my light mounts.

Yes I’m gonna clean up. I’m going for a blacked out industrial look.

In the middle you will notice there is just an eheim pump. That’s going to power an aquamaxx reactor.

I chose aqueon pro black heaters. They blend right in

There will be mechanical and bio filtration in there. I’m might remove the basket to gain more room and also I Never noticed until another user pointed it out, but the dirtiest part of the filter is the top layer. If you put bio media on top you can see the filter mesh pouches turn brown and under it is not dirty at all. Maybe this will fix that issue. Water seems to seep between the basket and the units shell causing it to bypass 119693CB-9947-4F39-A1A1-8AAE321B0FF1.jpeg

Nice, what size tank is it? Which Aquamaxx reactor were you going to get?

I'm setting up my tank & also running the Aquamaxx protein skimmer (same but in sump version WS-1) & AI Primes.

40g Breeder. I forgot what it’s called. I think the reactor is a FR-SE or something.

Cool, I was looking at adding the Aquamaxx carbon/GFO reactor or brs reactor when my wallet recovers from the cost of the tank. Lol

Do you know what kind of fish/corals you are looking to get for it?
