I couldn’t get a photo because it kept retracting into a hole in the rock, but this evening I caught sight of what I’m almost positive is a Eunice worm in one of my new pieces of live rock. It had the telltale antennae and a ring not far from the head. I can’t tell what color because I was using a red flashlight.
Long story short, should I take that rock out and drop it in a bucket of hyper-saline water to flush out everything inside? I know there’s a bunch of bristle stars and spaghetti worms in there as well, which I don’t mind. I’m fine to leave it, unless it’s definitely something I should be killing with fire.
