Do you know of any negative effects for the test results due to ambient temperatures in the area the samples are coming from and going to. Temps are like 90s here so wondering if this high temp will throw off any readings in an icp test ?

I've never considered that. I live in Arizona and send icp test out year round, without any known issues.

I scrape mine once a week to remove the beginnings of coralline algae. I typically get the dots but not the film.

The answer is no due to the way my setup is sump is separate Tank then refugium. First pic is sump and skimmer second is refugium and dosing system. Refugium has anemone and clowns because 4 days ago display Tank in living room sprung a leak and had to take down so needed space and got rid of cheato till new tank comes
