Please someone explain to me what the difference between POINT INTENSITY and SCHEDULE

For all points in the picture each point the intensity is set at 55% but the overall schedule is 100%

If I run point intensity at 55% does mean EVERY LED is running at 55%? But then what does 100% SCHEDULE mean?

Would it be better to run 100% POINT INTENSITY and 50% SCHEDULE?

Here is EcoTech's official explanation (which is not quite as complete as it could be):

The Daytime Colors value is a bit ambiguous, because there are typically more types of certain LED colors. For example, 100% blue in an XR15 Pro is applied to 8x LEDs while 25% cool white is applied to 12x LEDs, but 10% photo red is only across 2x LEDs.

Point Intensity defines the brightness of each and every LED, regardless of individual daytime color values. Schedule Intensity is there to basically allow you a quick and easy way to adjust the LED lighting levels without having to adjust individual daytime colors or the point intensity. The shaded part represents the % capacity your light is functioning at while the dotted lines and blue dots indicate the maximum % capacity if the schedule intensity were set to 100%.
