i have a fish from a friend in a qt tank he a 4 in saddle back clown fish with one eye popping out my friend has been treating him with melafix for 2 days now and no improvement so i figure i would ask yall he doesn't want to do the needle thing and poke the eye and i donk know his water par

If water quality issues have been ruled out or resolved, Erythromycin meds are supposed to be great for helping eye issues.

The needle idea has never worked for me and ive tried it hundreds of times. The best treatment is do dose it with Maracyn 1 -Erythromycin, in a treatment tank.
If you can post a picture, I might be able to give you a better idea as to the prognosis.
