This Is A traditional Palestinian dish ( Musakhan )
Made of chicken and bread baked on charcoal and dipped in sauteed onions and a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil from our farm.
Musakhan translate to "Heated" it is named so as it makes you very warm after eating because of the big amount of oil, bread and chicken. spicily that we have cold and snowy winter in Palestine and Jordan.

This is Mansaf, The Jordanian Number one dish, it is served as the main dish in Weekends , holidays , wedding and even funerals.
It is made of lamb cooked in Jameed ( Sun-dried yogurt that is hydrated again ) and white rice. and some very thin almost transparent bread under it.

Sadly My 3 years old goniopora is not doing well, it was directly on the sand the diamond goby buried a big portion of it under sand, I put a piece of rock under it to keep it away from the sand. hope it comes back.

While I was at airport going back from jordan. I was checking my tank and I saw a dead fish lying at floor. I was sure from the size and shape that it was a wrasse. So I zoomed the camera on tank and started checking all fish. Hopefully my expensive pintail and rose band was there swimming.

The only two fish that I couldn’t see was the six line wrasse and the blue flasher wrasse.

So when I arrived home, it was like suspected, the blue flasher. That was the last flasher wrasse in my tank. All of them jumped out of the tank. Even with the almost tight fit tank cover I have on the tank. So no new flashers will be added to the tank. I never had a long time success with them.

Flashers are a challenge ... but they're some of my favorites.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your blue.

~Bruce

Thanks Bruce, flashers are beautiful. I guess my issue with flashers is related to having many fairy wrasses and more active angels that keeps spooking them so they start to look for the smallest gap to escape.

Sorry for your loss :(. On a positive note, your tank is amazing and now I'm starving.

Thanks everybody!!
@Katrina71 LOL making and eating food is one of my ( many other hobbies ). Now I am starving too and can't decide what to eat, my brain stops thinking when I am hungry.
