I had bleached mine out last year from it being shaded out in the main display and then moving to higher par. Took awhile to come back but it came back strong.

I am leaving for a vacation Saturday. My checklist is crazy long and I have some dread about being away 10 days. Remind us what happened while you were away? (Unless that is a trigger; I understand.) I will add it to my list. Last time I came home from vacation I was met by dinos. My fault, as I left outdated feeding instructions and my nutrients bottomed.

I’ll be honest... I never could put a finger on what happened. Parameters were all fine and there’s no way anybody can over feed my tank. Large volume water changes fixed it. I just tell myself my tank missed me and was sad when I left.

It’s official... I’m bored. Now I’m playing with anemones. Got a steal of a purple gig anemone this week. Excuse the cloudiness of the water, I’m pre-treating with cipro.
