I like the new Aquascape!

What do you use as a backing for the tank so you don't see the fish room through it?

I'm looking for something removable so that I can take it down when I work from the back of the tank too.

Thank you! The eventual plan is to use PVC foam board and cut it to size. I got the idea from someone local in the San Antonio area that was doing a very similar thing. Obviously I haven't gotten that far yet but slowly and surely I'll get there. I might go with a light or dark blue instead of the standard black.

Sad to see that happen to the regal :(. I always thought nasos were not really aggressive.
Me too! He was chill when he was smaller, which is usually the case with most fish. But I really never met an aggressive naso. I partly blame maybe the tub setup. He was on there by himself for a long time before the angel was added. I removed him and placed the angel in there, and then put him back 6 days later. There was a little chasing but nothing too concerning but something must have went down overnight apparently.

My VividAquariums confetti coloring up and starting to look more than just a brown stick.

Maybe one day it'll look like this!

QTing a magma wrasse and a flame wrasse... They are both divas and said no pictures. Also QTing a melanarus and foxface for the frag tank and a yellow sided fairy wrasse for the display.

Also, one Colorado Sunburst anemone naturally split so I finally put one in the display tank.

Then I figured if there's an anemone... There should be clowns in the tank... So, I officially have fish in the tank again. Had this girl since she was the size of a grain of rice, 7 years,3 tanks, and 2 velvet epidemics.

I threw in the flamehawk fish too. Can you spot him? Cause he can spot you...

You guys know my goniopora obsession... Found this diamond in the rough at Aquadome! Peach/pink colored with yellow tips!

Frag of it that broke off when I was dipping it.

Back to my FarmerTy ways... A slew of frags going out to Houston and Cali.

That's all I got for an update! Stay tuned!

looks great man!

Do you run gfo, I forget? If so, how much are you running and whats the flow through it?
Thanks Cody. I run about a cup of GFO monthly, just the regular version and not HC. Flow is enough to fluidize the top layer.

When you say a cup monthly, do you mean you change it out every month but you are running it 24/7?

Also sorry to hear about the regal angelfish, I still miss mine after I had to get rid of it since it was going after my SPS polyps like crazy

Yes, entire cup replacement every month and running 24/7.

Thanks, it was a beauty! I'll get another I'm sure.
