Favia placement... where do you place them if not on the sand bed?

Where do you place your favias? Do they do well in shade? I'm looking at mounting mine on my rockwork, and trying to decide how best to place them. Post up photos of yours!

Mine is placed on the rockwork towards the bottom. I doubt they would like being completely shaded. They like higher light than some other LPS in my experience.
