What are your favorite non-coral creatures to keep in a frag tank?

I have some different kinds of snails for algae (trochus, astrea), peppermint shrimp for Aiptasia, sixline wrasse for bugs, some others for compatibility and interest (azure and blue green chromis), and will be getting a One Spot Foxface to eat algae too (bubble). I find the fish keep me interested in the tank and giving it the attention it needs rather than just allowing automation to take care of everything, because it doesn't take care of everything.

My LFS cycles a sea hare around through their various frag tanks. Fun little creature, but you definitely need a lot of algae to keep one fed.

I would say on my frag best introduction was a blue eye kole tang(bristletooth). There isnt a spot of algae in the whole system that guy is a beast.

The kole tang sounds great.

I put in some mollies to begin with but found them to not be very effective with algae.

My clams are exceptional especially with top-down viewing in my frag tank. Utility wise, a Convict tang cannot be beat.
